Sameer Aggarwal believes meaningful progress comes from pairing thoughtful ideas with quiet persistence. His work sits at the intersection of financial inclusion, clean mobility, and technology-driven lending — always guided by a desire to build systems that are more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. As the founder of a leading EV financing platform in India, Sameer is focused on making electric mobility more affordable for underserved communities. He’s drawn to solving real problems, building from first principles, and working with people who care deeply about long-term impact. He regularly speaks at conferences, policy forums, and academic institutions on topics including EV adoption, fintech innovation, and sustainable finance. He also shares reflections through writing, podcasting, and mentoring — not to claim expertise, but to invite honest dialogue and learn through exchange. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Sameer spent over a decade in leadership roles in banking and consumer lending across six continents — primarily in the United Kingdom — developing deep expertise in credit risk, analytics, and digital transformation. He holds formal degrees in engineering and management and, is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur. Sameer completed his senior schooling in Delhi at Air Force Bal Bharti School (AFBBS). He draws inspiration from his roots — the son of a retired Air Force officer and a retired lecturer — and carries forward a legacy grounded in discipline, education, and public service. Now based in New Delhi, Sameer lives with his wife and two sons.
